At Open Farm, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
